“New Year Festival”
The mission of the AARC is to provide cultural spaces, resources, services, and educational programs through an Asian American Pacific Islander perspective that bring Austin’s diverse communities together.

This is a fountain in the front of the building. I was there to film some Chinese New Years performances for KLRU-TV. Very entertaining night.
